1. Submitting your website to Google Search Console

 Google Search Console, which was earlier called as Google Webmasters is a very huge directory of websites and blogs offered by Google. It is a free directory where anyone can submit their URL. By submitting the URL to Google Search Console, Google will index the website when someone searches keywords related to your website. 
 You cannot ignore other search engines like Microsoft Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, AOL, etc. You can submit your websites or blogs to these Search Engine Webmasters, so that you can get audience from them too. You must also not ignore local search engines which work only specific regions or countries, if you have many audiences from that place. Like for example if you have many visitors from China, then you must register your website in Baidu, as majority of the people in China use only Baidu.

2. Presence in Social Media

 Having a presence in Social Media is very important for any business. Currently as the number of Internet users are increasing, the number of people who are using social media are also increasing. Thus it is very important to target the people using Social Media. So have pages in famous social medias like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. Not all the Social media website are suitable for your website, so depending on the type of business you have, you will have to select the type of social media. If you have the target market as youngsters, then choose Facebook and Instagram. 

3. Make your online content responsive to any device

 As the number of mobile users are increasing, make sure your website works well in all type of devices like Computers, Mobile phones, tablets, etc. Thus your website should be designed in such a way that it should fit in and work properly in all the type of devices without any issues. If you are using ready-made themes, then make sure you select the mobile responsive themes.

4. Content Marketing

 Content Marketing is a process of creating and sharing of any content in Internet with no direct intention of marketing. There is a implicit idea of selling something with the content. If a Dentist is writing a blog on Dental health, then by this he/she is trying to attract many potential customers to his Clinic.

5. Call to action in your website

 Call to action is something in your website which will make the visitor perform some action.Call to Action will increase the conversion rate. This will reduce bounce rate. For example, if a potential customer visits your website and wants to do some purchase, but you have not provided any purchase option, this will make the customer leave the website ending up purchasing nothing.

 Some other Call to action examples are Get Started, Sign In, Sign Up, Call Us, Subscribe, Buy Now etc.
